It's only because they are poor.
Quotas are the answer. Every UK company must be made to have 50% northerners on the payroll. -

What a load of bollocks!! People with qulifications will migrate to where the work is. The type of work available in an area will therefore drive the mix of qualifications in that area.Rule Number 1 - Assuming that you have a valid contract in place always try to get your poo onto your timesheet, provided that the timesheet is valid for your current contract and covers the period of time that you are billing for.
