Yes

I think we do. I think most people from this country would have very similar opinions about the peoples of different countris and that is unlikely to be coincidence.

What about the people of other countries?

Don't think we should be trying to quantify the worth of entire countries based on a few anecdotes and personal experiences.
For example, I think England is a fantastic place, even with dullards like Troll, sasguru, and Bolshie Bastard (to name but a few that let the side down).
