    Church bells and hammering.

    20.45 and the local church must have bell
    ringing on. Peeling away at this time.

    Meanwhile next door some twunt is still hammering away at his extension.

    Down in Devon for the week visiting folks. Never ceases to
    amaze me what a bunch of inbred monkeys live in this part of the world.
    What happens in General, stays in General.
    You know what they say about assumptions!

    I quite like church bells. Beats the 5am call to prayer that wakes you up if you're staying in a Muslim city.

        No, you're right. A black guy popping into the village shop was newsworthy enough for the in-laws to tell us about it when we visited two weeks after the event.
