      Flight attendant should be sacked.

Tried to sell the man a sandwich BUT FAILED to sell them a packet of crisps and a can of lager. Don't even get me started on the Ryan Air teddy bear he could have parted money for....

I am surprised you don’t get the point. It’s simple: had they given him crisps as well, he could have had the meal deal.

Take the train instead. Lady Tester rushed to assist a sick person on the Thalys when the conductor called for a nurse, did her nursey work and was rewarded with several bottles of wine and a free 1st class return from Amsterdam to Brussels for both of us.

Well, you should call yourself Dim121 then.

The issue is, if the passenger is dying then give him a champagne so he can go out in style.

Also what he suffered was not a cardiac arrest - that is when your heart stops beating. You've got minutes to live unless you receive CPR and defibrillation.

No sandwich is going to sort that out - however expensive it is.
