Getting fit, when do you start to feel better?

Ok my own fault I spent about 18 months not doing any exercise.

I started back with a personal trainer about 2 months ago. I am now up to 3 sessions a week and 3 hours walking a week, but I don’t feel much better.
Oh yes, the real kicker, I have put on weight not lost it.

So much for having my bikini body ready for my winter break.

    HELP!

Move a little bit more, eat a little bit less, hope that helps

You can expect to put on weight as you build muscle.

Throw away the scales and start using the tape measure, your clothes will start to feel more comfortable/too big as you start to tone up.

As for feeling better, do you notice that you no longer sound like a wounded wart hog after climbing 3 flights of stairs at a gallop?

It's those little things you'll notice.

Not likely to lose weight walking.

Was not feeling unfit before just lethargic, and some clothes were feeling a little tight. Clothes are not so tight now, but I thought I would feel less tired and lethargic.

Maybe I'm just fed-up with this contract, no exercise is going to fix that.

            You are what you eat.

Are you getting your 5 a day?

Have you been checked for anaemia?

            Or post viral fatigue?

Or are you just a lazy sod?

Please post a picture of yourself in your underwear and we'll give you an honest, totally professional appraisal of your body shape. Just think Wok Wang or whatever his name is.

I normally start to feel better about a week after I stop.
