Which is fine but the police really should be visiting these places with a portable car crasher. If 1 in 3 cars are uninsured crashing 20 to 30 of them and leaving the crashed mess where it was found as examples to everyone else would solve the problem rather quickly.

I seem to recall they tried that in Bradford a year or two ago, but because the vast majority were from ethnic minorities they got told to stop as it looked like persecution, a bit like the Ann Cryer investigation into Asian sex rings in Keighley.
