    Nissan Murano no longer available.

In September-ish last year Nissan bought out a diesel version of their Murano Crossover SUV car.

Back in February my wife and I test drove one.

She was sold on it and we continued to keep an eye out.

Now I find that they have stopped selling them in the UK.

    Lucky escape?

    Yes.

Next time, don't let your wife choose a car.

It was supposed to be quite a nice car - unfortunately it was relatively unknown and the price meant that it was competing with prestige brands.
I doubt that nissan have discontinued it altogether, rather they will just stop selling it in the UK

It was a very nice car, they only just found out about the diesel side of the market, and stuck the Navara Pickup engine in it!! Should have been a nice V6 unit, ala Inifinit FX range.

The standard version that has been around for quite a few years was a 3.5 v6 gas guzzler. Dip there toes in the diesel market and run for the dunes.
