Bob is gonna be on the chopping board soon

So far Bob has sent his code to me three times for review this morning ... about maybe a dozen lines of trivial code.

Three times i've sent it back.

I'm not sure he is even compiling it.

He does not seem to understand the concept of error handling.

The attitude seems to be "yeah that looks ok...done".

He's modifying my code and i'm getting shirty.

We sacked one last week. This one might be following him.

Sounds like poor management and requirements to me.

Have you told him verbally then in writing exactly what you want him to do in steps?

WSS. Have you told him it needs error handling? Have you said it must compile?
