Is that the made-up figure that HMRC and the government have come up with based on a session with Mystic Meg or is it based on genuine figures where they can prove that 8.1% of legitimately due taxes are unpaid? I have more than a slight suspicion that the 8.1% is legitimate "avoidance" that they'd like to turn into "evasion".Comment
