    Hangover

Two bottles of wine last night after a long day. It went down nicely but jeez have I got a headache this morning.

I hope I didn't do anything stupid last night.

    Anyone have any hangover cures?

I find the combination of ibuprofen and finimal works quite well, but I'm not a doctor and some say it's inadvisable, so don't follow my advice blindly without professional medical advice etc etc bla bla obfuscation clause bla.

        Prevention is better than cure.

A bloody mary often sorts me out, or Coffee, Nurofen and copious amounts of food if I am required to remain sober.
While you're waiting, read the free novel we sent you. It's a Spanish story about a guy named 'Manual.'

            Two bottles? - Lightweight.

A glass of sparkling wine with breakfast usually sorts me out in these situations.

I find a 3 mile run clears my head (although the first 5 mins are painful) and then I'm ready for bacon & eggs washed down with Colombian coffee.

It's only failed me once and that was a monstrous hangover.

cooked breakfast, coffee, tablets and a dump will cure most hangovers.

Neurofen "Cold & flu" for the pain & a pint or two of water for the brain. As a hangover is primarily caused by dehydration of the lining of the brain, the more water you can drink the quicker you'll feel better.

2 soluble Panadol Extra and a Bombay Bad Boy, one taken immediately after the other.
