            And there's no way that figure can be right....got to be the absolute worst case or some very creative accounting. Renting a £130K house will cost around 500-600 pcm in most decent areas of Brum.

            We looked at a house recently where it was both up for rent and sale - the sale price £329K and the rental £800 pcm, although to be honest they could've got more rent than this. Most 200K-250K houses rent for around 700-800pcm.

            Which property ramping arsehole writes this rubbish? How does this tulip get published?
