    Date of Birth

An agent emailed me saying that he/she can't process my application if I don't state my D.O.B.
    Isn't this age discrimination?
Can/should he ask me for that?
    Should I reply or ignore?

Pretty certain that's illegal. They're not allowed to even use words like enthusiastic, energetic etc in job adverts.

Quite a contrast from Singapore. Here they can ask what your skin colour is and specify only 'men need apply'.

I removed my DOB from my CV recently, instead I went for year of birth. I figured out that you could probably get access to my bank accounts with all the information written down.

I wouldn't let any DOB near my CV.
