Sounds like you've been banned. It does happen. Sometimes they block a users IP address especially if they're sitting there blubbing at their PC hitting the refresh screen every 5 seconds.

Nah it looks like the server died and they don't have a backup plan.

While ATW did joke about me using Amazon ec2 machines for my current plan b the one time (so far) I lost a server no one noticed as 2 other micro instances took up the slack.
