I'll be doing a bit of a DIY curry, which is basically chillies, onions, balti paste, chicken and tin of tomatoes in the oven for an hour, plus rice and naan.
I always chop up and fry the chillies and seeds for a couple of minutes, which gets the heat into everything. You'd probably call it medium hot.Will work inside IR35. Or for food.Comment
