And retire to Portugal, where hopefully, they don't have Internet access.

I wonder what impact the predicted 40% loss of all financial jobs in the city will have. Looks like house prices in Wandsworth are going to crash big time.
    I'm alright Jack

I don't give a crap what house prices are.
London is still one of the prime property spots in the world. I can take whatever I get in London and go anywhere in the world, rent and mortgage free

Could move to Germany, buy three houses for the price of one, live in one and rent out the other two. That would piss off the ne-er-do-well expats there
      Hard Brexit now!

Nah too much foreign money coming in: Chinese, Greek, Thai you name it.
London property has become one of the global safe investements

Or the next bubble. It's the sort of market that encourages speculation, unlike some of those with higher transaction costs.
While you're waiting, read the free novel we sent you. It's a Spanish story about a guy named 'Manual.'

Not in any of the areas of Germany I've ever lived.

There are some cheap areas in the east, if you don't mind living nextdoor to the new Hitler youth.

I think he means three run down barns in the East.

Mind you, if you take 200,000 euros to Pfalz you could live comfortably in a very nice area (Weinstrasse).

I think that means nice areas of London like Chelsea not Estates like yours.
