Fair enough, obviously research is necessary, but can’t we let nature be and what is the cost vs. benefit vs. risk? These experiments will all end in tears (to some extent) eventually although Ladbrokes won’t give me any odds on possible outcomes

btw - anti-matter hitting anti-matter isn't a problem. It's matter hitting anti-matter that generates large quantities of energy. Same with Pasto and Antipasto.

Yup. It's essential to make sure that your antimatter containment field is good & solid or all sorts of nasties can happen.
