Thought I came close when I started reading excerpts from my Viz comic at an after work drinks session. Laydeez was present see.

      Define "HR type breach".

I've had a contract cancelled with no notice because the guy I was working for was a clueless permie, who went crying to the PM that he was right and I was wrong.

For example telling a colleague to go f**k themselves.

Never, I am a professional and running a business. I have breached a few HR girls though.

Where's the 'just once and I don't regret it' option?
And what exactly is wrong with an "ad hominem" argument? Dodgy Agent, 16-5-2014

Thankfully, that isn't a 'termination offence' at any Client Co I've ever worked for.

If it was, i'd be selecting the AndyW option.
