Orange Genie: umbrella won't let me submit invoices.

The Orange Genie contractors' portal website will now not allow me to login with my usual credentials.

    | have consequently been unable to submit invoices to my agent for the last month.

You are correct: "of course" I have contacted them. They have said nothing.

I E-mailed Elaine Cooley. She said nothing. I am still waiting for her response and still cannot log in to the Orange Genie contractors' portal.

I contacted Elaine Cooley eleven times since yesterday at 18:00 with no response whatsoever up to the time of this post.

I still cannot log in to submit my invoices and have missed the boat for this month.

Because he made a simple mistake that I can rectify.

Let's hope that Orange Genie can respond because I'm sure someone's going to explain Dunning.

(and the OP can google it)

Take a look at this thread, the OP seems to be in a similar position to you.

I still cannot log on to the Orange Genie contractors' portal. I sent Orange Genie this e-mail on Sunday:

"Orange Genie have not let me access its portal with my usual credentials since at least last Thursday. It is now Sunday and Orange Genie still won't let me log in.

Orange Genie have prevented my invoicing my agent for my past five weeks' work. This will delay my payment for one month and consequently lose me both bank interest and liquidity.

Why will Orange Genie not allow me to use the service I am paying them for? Is Orange Genie an umbrella company that won't even allow its customers to submit invoices?

Why did one of your staff, Elaine Cooley, not respond to my pleas on Thursday evening to allow me access to my account.

When will Orange Genie allow me to access my account?

Will Orange Genie compensate me for my financial loss?

I will place the contents of this message and your reply - should you make one - in the public domain."

Its the weekend exactly what are you hoping for?

Pick up the phone tomorrow morning and ring them. Beyond that I think your problem is a failure to understand that email is only dealt with when people are around to answer an email. As such if you want someone to do something its far better to ring a company up and politely identify someone who can solve the issue.

It is the weekend now, but my problem arose on Thursday. I contacted Orange Genie on Thursday, not at the weekend.
