    An increase in Gloom

I have noticed a definate increase in gloominess the last week, amongst people I know.

People who are comfortable and working, banging on about tough times and the recession.

Not me though, fck em. fck em all. Fck Merkel, Berlusconi, LassyBand, Popandopanopolopolous
    and fck the unions

I'm starting to think that gloominess is contagious. Do we have anyone on CUK who catches things really easy, that can act as our Gloom-Canary

I can think of other people I'd prefer to fck but you wouldn't want me to hijack this thread and turn it into one of my fit birds threads, would you?

I haven't noticed much gloom myself, but maybe that's because I live in the Chilterns and work in London.

Although my daughter is finding paid work hard to come by. She's doing three voluntary jobs at the moment.

Winter is coming, snow is certain schools are closing - would it not be easier to hang a big sign on the cliffs of dover:

As soon as house prices go up and the all the papers splash "House prices rocket!" everyone will be happy again. Spending the money their house has earned them for doing nothing.
