    John Terry!

Can someone please explain why John Terry wears his socks so high that they are stretched over his knees?

    He looks a right C**k
"The budget should be balanced, the Treasury should be refilled, public debt should be reduced, the arrogance of officialdom should be tempered and controlled, and the assistance to foreign lands should be curtailed lest Rome become bankrupt. People must again learn to work, instead of living on public assistance." Cicero

I wear my footy socks like that. Lots do. We just... pull them up. We've discovered it's easier than neatly folding them down below the knee, just so, for no apparent reason.

I always assumed it was to give the knees some sort of protection, goal keepers seem to do it the most and I would have though that was to protect them when sliding in on a ball.

Who knows though, Terry stands out as a complete tit even in a sport filled with uber tits.

It does give some protection, but not always. I'm currently nursing scabs on both knees.

I do hope that was from football.
