          Well, Kyoto runs out in 2013 and they can't get a replacement in before 2016, apparently.

          Which in 'practice means nowt until 2020.

            LOL. Fast cars on a wet road with tons of spray with the idea that you'll think it's fumes.

            The second photo is even better. Sunny day, two people cycling and a guy on a bright green scooter ! This is what Britian will look like folks, if you just stop burning petrol
