    Anyone got experience comparing the effects of single event effects in FLASH and SRAM based fpga's?

    Does reading some spam count as experience?

    I believe flash ones are less susceptible than SRAM ones. I would have thought the write once ones were least susceptible but I have nothing to back that up.

      They are, according to the manufacturer but then I learn SEL are a problem for them.
