Xmas Dinner - What's yours going to be?

I'm cooking xmas dinner this year. Never done it before and thought what the hell, how difficult can it be?

Always seems to stress the ladies out, just a bit of planning, project planning and following the instructions how difficult can it be, especially as M&S is on hand to help out.

Just ordered from Turkeys - Marks and Spencer - Christmas food to order

    Yum yum yum.

      +1 for goose.

Much better than turkey, and you get great roast spuds for months to come too.

So you're buying it all pre-packaged, shoving it in the oven and taking the credit?

          Are you a PM??
Science isn't about why, it's about why not. You ask: why is so much of our science dangerous? I say: why not marry safe science if you love it so much. In fact, why not invent a special safety door that won't hit you in the butt on the way out, because you are fired. - Cave Johnson

I'll be hiding all the packaging and saying I did it all from scratch as well. :-)

We're having roast rib of beef on the bone from local butcher. Will probably have a turkey crown cold in the evening and for Boxing Day.

Turkey with all the trimmings. I guess I'll be cooking as well.

If I wasn't at the outlaws it would be 3 bird roast.

Tukey Crown from Mr Lush the Butcher.

I will be doing the needful with the exception of Mrs PL's famous stuffing.

The real question is, what to drink with it?

Suggestions (inc procurement linky if poss )
