    Is it green? Check.

    Local civil servants.
Science isn't about why, it's about why not. You ask: why is so much of our science dangerous? I say: why not marry safe science if you love it so much. In fact, why not invent a special safety door that won't hit you in the butt on the way out, because you are fired. - Cave Johnson

There are 4 people in the UK with that name. One of them in Oldham! Linky

"Wayne Ankers, 34, from Shaw, regularly cycles and runs along Broad Lane."

        I don't believe it.

Granted I can see the upside of it because an agent would never forget your name but wouldn't change your name by deed poll.

I'm sure I saw a bus lane in East London that was shorter than the length of a bus

(a single bus too, not one of those bendy monstrosities!)

It should be legal to cycle on pavement unless there are lots of people on it.

Luxury. 80m seems about normal in the UK, with ends terminating at a junction of death where you're on your own. Usually it's just a white line painted on the road though that everyone (especially wide vehicles) ignores.
