    Champagne

Been tasked with getting the champers in for a party we are holding at Troll towers

My plan is to get them all bladdered on vino and then break out the champers so no point in pushing the boat out too far

Good cava is generally better than cheapo champagne. There, I've said it. Flame me!

As a contractor, shouldn't you be drinking Krug?

Piper-Heidsieck is often passable although I suspect it depends which one you go for. Lidl champers is supposed to be OK (seriously!)
While you're waiting, read the free novel we sent you. It's a Spanish story about a guy named 'Manual.'

Lidl generally sell good quality stuff, but how they treat their employees; don't ask.

Good cava may be better than cheap champers, but cheap prosecco is better than good cava, so go even better with a £10 bottle of prosecco.

If they are all getting bladdered on vino first I wouldn't worry about buying cheap champers. They won't appreciate it anyway.

I found the Sainsbury stuff to be OK but I'd avoid the Lanson if I were you.

Lidl, believe it or not, allegedly have a very good bubbly: LIDL

They are supposed to have a non-champagne even cheaper which is much better than cheap real champagne, but I can't find it - want to test pre-Christmas after hearing a recommendation.
