    I wrote 150 lines of c# which compiled, ran and worked as expected first time.

      What in 150 lines of code?

      there's enough there for Skynet to become sentient and take over the world.

        That must print "Hello World" in really big colourful letters.

            It recursively loops through a series of objects(of differing types) to find the last object and returns that.

                Recursion.....I have a bad feeling about the code. Have you run this past Suity for his opinion ? Always helps to get a BPM architect on board for a complex task like this.

                  I know
                  most .net is simply
                  Code:
                  public void function(String Input, String FileName)
                  {
                     DotNetFunctionThatDoesWhatYouNeed(Input);
                     Save(FileName);
                  }

                    Yep. I remember the first time I coded up a few mind-bogglingly complex functions and they worked fust time.
                    I bragged about it for weeks, I even phoned someone to tell them
