    No, not our very own DA, but Mr Stepen Phuckett from Michael Page;

    Michael Page finance director Stephen Puckett sells shares ahead of profit warning - Telegraph

    No, no, he couldn't possibly have known they'd have to give a profit warning. Of course not; far too junior.

    Bollocks. Said he had no access to sensitive data.

    They may have not compiled up the numbers but the sales pipeline & booking numbers would have been looking well iffy.

    But hey, if it wasn't a closed period....

        It is understood Mr Puckett would not have had access to any November trading numbers at the time of his share sales on November 17 and 18 and there is no suggestion of any wrongdoing.
        As Finance Director wouldn't he be, er, responsible for preparing those figures?

        Just sayin' like.

        On the other hand if he wanted to get out anyway, he had to pick some date or other to sell, and it was perhaps just bad luck with the timing.

          Why are we judging. For all he knows the results may have been good and the shares gone up.

                I wonder if 'blueprint' is one of our regulars;

                Anybody ever dealt with any of these "headhunters"? Thick as pigtulip, in ill-fitting cheap suits and crumpled beer stained ties. Spivs and chancers too, they should join journalists, estate agents, MPs and lawyers in the pantheon of society's most hated.
                A bit harsh, Shirley?
