    Presumptuous d1ckhead development manager

Hi Mich – We have not received a request to standby with technology teams, or to join a meeting. I have just checked with Bob, he has also not received a WebEx or bridge. Do you want technology to be part of the business smoke testing in PROD, or to standby? Thank you, Dickhead Managerman
Brilliant. His e-mail amounts to 'Hi, I haven't recieved an invitation to your birthday party; do you want me to bring wine or beer?'
And what exactly is wrong with an "ad hominem" argument? Dodgy Agent, 16-5-2014

He just phoned and asked for a progress update. I said 'you've sent 17 emails to us since 5 o'clock yesterday, including one at 1130 last night and one at 6 o'clock this morning. We're just reading the second one now; please don't disturb us while we're reading your e-mails'.

(copies of Mich's guide to winding up control freaks can be ordered by PM; delivery will be completed when I get round to it)

            "Neither, you're not invited."
