Seems a bit harsh. Surely it would be more reasonable to break his legs.
While you're waiting, read the free novel we sent you. It's a Spanish story about a guy named 'Manual.'

Breaks are repairable. don't you mean smash. I believe the tool of choice is aluminium baseball bats, not that I have experience of that.

best thing the government could do is invest in a prison building program in cheap deprived areas to replace outdated prisons so they are cheaper to run, then sell off the prime sites current prisons are on to pay for it.

Increase the number of places significantly without increasing staff (think super prisons) , isolate prisoners so they can't get drugs and have a loo in every cell so they don't have to hand out compensation. Plus as the new prisons go up some awful scrotes like this can enjoy the stay they so desperately need.

More high security prisons so real scum don't end up in open prisons.
Always forgive your enemies; nothing annoys them so much.

EU Human Rights law prevents this.

                B0ll0x.

In any case UK can repeal that act - could have demanded and get it from EU if Cameron had a half witted negotiator.

It is not bollox. The level of comfort in prisons and proximity to family means tough remote prisons cannot legally be built, EU will not allow it and no, we can't do anything about it as Gordon Brown signed all the paperwork on our behalf.

We are ruled by the EU, Westminster is a puppet govt with no powers.

How's about if we do like the US did with Gitmo and build these "super prisons" outside of the EU?

We've got hundreds of overseas territories we could use for just this!
