Toffee

I cant remember if I mentioned it, but I have been experimenting with popcorn this last month.

Last week the toffee popcorn went down a treat with the grandkids, mainly because I got them involved in making the stuff.

So this week I have been thinking about making different toffee's, and

every experiment has been a blinder. It takes fifteen minutes , some butter sugar and a pan, plus some extra 'bits', and its dead easy.

so far I have learned, through trial and error

butterscotch
chocolate covered caramel
hazelnut butterscotch
whiskey soft n chewy
soft 'filling remover'
everton toffee


I wouldnt go so far as to claim a 'plan B'
but the missus is very enthusiastic
