I am a fairly long term contractor and also a log term lurker of CUK.

I think I might even have an old userid somewhere - but it was witty and appropriate at the time but totally beyond my power of recall.

I think that means that you will accuse me of being a sockie but there you go.

I was going to post a serious thread in one of the prof forums before venturing into General but thought that I might as well get all the abuse etc over with now.
