    Train Incident

While we're on the subject of etiquette on public transport, here's my favourite experience which happened a couple of years back.

The scene is a packed Inter City 125 stuck outside Swindon. We've been sat there for 20 minutes or so with no word.

Guard enters carriage and some visibly irate commuter braids him for not letting us know what's happening.

Opposite him is some maekishnesd individual who starts going on about what a great job the rail staff do, leave him alone etc.

To this, the commuter replies "Oh why don't you just bugger orf back to your ruby little council hovel".

Cue the best windmills session Is ever seen

    We're not. It's just you.

    Did you well up?

Maybe the guard was just checking if anyone had their feet on the seats?
