The reason I post this is that they were discussing her on some political programme the other day and something about her had stuck in my mind.

Then I remembered, it was this article.

In it, she talks about her time as Mayor of Walthamstow and comes out with this gem:

I see some parallels between the current Labour shadow cabinet and that of Hague.

Loads of ex-ministers who failed before, led by a characature of the party, supported by the more extreme Lords and luvvies living in the past. The public didn't want them back.

So they need some wooomph!
