    Difference

    The difference is that if you say the former everybody thinks you clever and educated and handling the situation, if you say the latter evrybody thinks you are incompetant and you will get fired

      The problem with Kodak is because of their Chief Executive Antonio Perez. He called digital cameras a "crappy business" and dumped the Kodak cameras even though they made a profit.

      Even if there was not enough profit on the cameras, at least it gave the company some market profile. It seems to be an accounting decision rather than a market strategy decision.
