Is there a facility whereby contractors could exchange leads with each other ? It would not want to be cluttered up by agents (except me of course) apart from where they are a preferred supplier. Each contractor would probably have to register and be prepared to exchange information without it falling into the agency domain. Has this been tried by for example the PCG?

Why don't you start paying got leads. Let's say £50 a pop for a lead and then £250 for each candidate you place. What happens in General, stays in General. You know what they say about assumptions!Comment

Excellent Idea.
I have twice in the past found my own job (through keeping in touch will old bosses etc) and then been asked to choose an agent to work through.
If I heard about a hot prospect out of my own engineering field and in the IT field, I would be happy to post it up here.
Why not???Comment
