    University Fees

Whats the chances of me paying for my sons University fees through the company on the basis of it being a company sponsership of his course?

He may end of working as a consultant in my company on graduation.

    Possible? or not?

        Material Interest

I guess as I have material interest 100% shareholder, that means it cannot be an excluded employment.

        therefore BIK on me personally

The lazy bugger should have to work for his right to go to university - it will help in the long run - believe me!
