IT jobs agency warns against online rants
A temporary IT jobs specialist fears candidates are harming their prospects by sharing their gripes and groans online, even if their rant is nothing to do with the workplace.

Having polled 1,000 job-seekers, Computer People said it could be “career-limiting” if they post comments about receiving poor customer service from, say, an online retailer or call centre.

May I quote the following again? I believe it covers nicely the moral cowardice of being scared to complain about, say, poor customer service, in case some HR jerk thinks later that makes you look like a complainer.

Of course a cynic might describe this "poll" by Computer People as a Ryanair-to-charge-for-the-toilet sort of wheeze, i.e. a load of bullocks that gets them some free publicity.
