    New here with a question

    I have to start using my car for work temporarily. Do i need to keep receipts for diesel and other cost?

      You should always keep receipts regardless, its just good practice

      If your doing mileage for the client (not commuting miles) then write down your start and end mileage and put in a signed mileage log along with your invoice at the end of the week/month, thats assuming you have authorisation from the client to do this.

      Clients don't generally want receipts but if they do you have them if not then just file them.
