    Grimm

So was it a bit grim, or will have legs & last 7 seasons like BTVS?

It lasted 4 and a half.

    Ho hum.

I'm really enjoying it, another buffy stable spin off is "once upon a time" though I don't think it will make it.

I'm not sure as it seems to be targeting the same storyline as "once upon a time" which I have started watching. As for which one will survive I don't know.

Grimm has a darker edge to it and sometimes OuaT can be a bit light and fluffy.

        Has anyone started watching Alcatraz?

Saw a trailer for Luck which starts soon on Sky Atlantic. Looked like it could be good. It's about horse-racing which I'm not really interested in but stars Dustin Hoffman and it's directed by Michael Mann so must be worth at least a look.

Also, I know I'm a bit behind on this but saw the pilot ep of Friday Night Lights last night which was pretty good. Anyone watched more of it?

Yes, enjoying it but it's feeling a lot Lost-like so I hope it's not just that they're all dying on a beach somewhere

I think a copy of the first season may have just appeared on my NAS, so will try and take a look soon.

                  Also looking forward to.

Dexter will certainly be interesting after what happened at the end of the last season
