I've seen them peel bananas on progs hosted by (I would, Mich), Kate Humble.

I think they peel them at the opposite end to homosapiens, but the latter switch once the experts are seen in banana peeling action.

How the hell can you be allergic to banananananananas?

          What an odd allergy!

They squeeze them and the fruit pops out the bottom end, much easier than the human method.
Science isn't about why, it's about why not. You ask: why is so much of our science dangerous? I say: why not marry safe science if you love it so much. In fact, why not invent a special safety door that won't hit you in the butt on the way out, because you are fired. - Cave Johnson

Hmm, reminds me of an old girlfriend with an overtly enthusiastic grip.

Yeah, and then they eat the skin.

Took the daughter skydiving last year. I advised her to have no brekkie, just a nana.
Is that because they contain zinc and stuff dad ?

no.it's the only food that tastes the same coming up as it did going down

Yes. Monkeys pinch the opposite end until it splits, and then peel off from that end. It's actually much better than the traditional way of peeling bananas. I peel all my bananas the monkey way now.
