    Delete Google history?

Three simple steps to delete your Google browsing history... before it's too late | Mail Online

Anyone going to delete their Google browsing history? How believable is it that data held by Google is anonymous and that IP addresses aren't also sneakily stored, and does it matter anyway given that the powers that be probably store this data anyway (well, dodgy site visits perhaps)?

did mine years ago. Google dashboard is quite an eye opener. I thought it was quite intrusive personally.
While you're waiting, read the free novel we sent you. It's a Spanish story about a guy named 'Manual.'

Bloody hell. Pages and pages without a single porn search, certainly shows when you are getting old.

WHS, turned at off as soon as I realised it was on. Just checked - no history.

And if your web history is not even turned on in the first place? And if you're not signed in? And most of the time I'm using a VPN?

Typically this is how I'm browsing.

Given the enormity of the bumming they'd take, and that they could be forced to subject themselves to inspection, I reckon it is largely true - but that there are certainly some cases it isn't done properly.

It appears to be switched off for me, not that I've ever deliberately switched it off or cleared the history.

I vaguely remember reading a couple of weeks ago that if you aren't logged into Google, Youtube inserts a delay before the video starts.

Today's experiment without being logged in showed delays of up to a minute before stuff started playing.

                They are playing dirty.

The shame is, I wouldn't have cared if their results were still as good as they were several years ago.

Strictly speaking, the "powers that be" should be the security forces in your own country, not a commercial entity in a foreign johnny land.

They are very annoying - I dont want to be logged into Google yet because I have to be do that in youtube for playlists they carry it over - going to start using one browser for youtube and another for searches!
