    Linguaphone

    Anyone done a linguaphone course?

Got some tesco vouchers that need spending before end of Feb.

Considering an introduction to Arabic or Russian. I assume it's MP3-able, so could learn language whilst working.

I found the Russian starter one ok for conversation, and less than ok for reading. It came on a CD so was very mp3able.

To be honest, you're better off learning Hindi - at least you can work out what the people replacing you are on about

Would be good to learn Hindi - but it's not part of their introductory offer. At previous client co, got one of the more friendly guys to teach us a word a day. But have forgotten it all.

All the Indians I've worked with recently are from Kerala. Malayalam would be the way to go..

I'm more likely to listen to it if it cost me my hard-earned! Vouchers expire end of feb, so need to use them up.

Yeah, but I have no friends/social life. A bit sad eating 2 for 1 on your own.
