<Insert idea here> will never be adopted because the politicians are in the pockets of the banks!

Why would any sane business invest in the UK with it's crippling debts, obligations to bailout Europe, mass unemployment, ever increasing benefits bills, poorly educated workforce, lack of energy independence, huge tax burden, rising costs, draconian Carbon taxes, 'elf n safety culture, weakening currency?

    Anyone?

If you were a cash rich business would you not look further afield for growth and profits?

Of course UK is not a bad place to invest in relative to Europe. But it is rubbish relative to Asia.

Our main initial target should be to reduce red tape and beaurocracy.

Personally, I think we should start with the basics. Like
While you're waiting, read the free novel we sent you. It's a Spanish story about a guy named 'Manual.'

The village idiot, AKA Rimmer, was just posting a couple of days ago how the UK would overtake ever other economy in the EU?

Based on the demographic timebomb which is Germany, yes its a possibility.
What are your thoughts on that, if any, poly-cretin?
              Hard Brexit now!

Apart from the poorly educated bit that could be Germany you're describing.
On the other hand they've hired our idiot, Lord Haw Haw, so maybe they can't be that well educated after all.

Yeah, it should only have taken 5 minutes.

Sorry for laughing but if you meant that, it is one of the most ill-informed economic statements I've read recently outside Lord Haw Haw and the Russian. I assume it was a joke.

The UK used to be a relatively good place to get an education 20 years ago. The rest of the world has learned to swim now.

UK will outshine EUR for the next few years, then everyone will outshine the UK, including EUR.

For the next 20 years, the UK is going to be a good place to learn English, that's all.
