Yes. The excitement is positively palpable.

      All booked up.

Red funnel to Cowes and a day at Rileys of Eden Garden Centre where the bbq roadshow is taking place. Then the missus and I are booked in for an earlybird special at the Wight Mouse Inn.

      Can't wait

Note to self: pack a couple of cushions.

        Typical.

I see that Gurney Slade are having a Cavalcade of Horticultural Machinery on the same day.

Still, now that Barry's home, I shouldn't really be pulling birds on my rotervator.

I thought this was going to be about carburettors. I had a twin-choke on my old Cortina GT.

I'm off to the isle of Wight too. I'll bring some change to put into your begging bowl

Great carbs, much better than that Holley crap.

                HTH.

It pulled the birds in its day! I just had to say I've got a twin-choke under the bonnet and I couldn't hold 'em off!

My old man had a Rover 2000 P6.

That was a twin carb ISTR.

Was it brown? Brown was a bit of a no-no for a fanny magnet.
