Thinking this the other day. Has there been a study on the impact of offshoring(more onshoring to be honest) on the IT industry.

A trend from say 1995 on the number of IT Contractors / Perm staff
      The tax paid per group
Then the trend for onshoring / offshoring said resource
      The numbers
      The amount of tax paid
The corporation tax receipts of said onshoring companies
and a gap analysis of all of the above, to show whether it's been beneficial or not?

      Any linkies?

You know me, I don't like to comment on things I don't know anything about.

Time for a downing street online petition? There must have been 100s already.

                There's only one answer.

                STRIKE!!!!
While you're waiting, read the free novel we sent you. It's a Spanish story about a guy named 'Manual.'
