Do they have visibility of all your other connections? I've always avoided adding too many agents cos I don't want them seeing all my other links.

Linkedin has a privacy option which allows you to show only shared connections, not sure if its effective for premium accounts though.

There's an option to share or not share your connections with other connections. I have this enabled to stop agents pestering my connections.

It isn't that configurable though, it applies to all or none which is tulipe IMO.

Both Linkedin and jobserve have resulted in huge amounya of wasted time for me. I'm not wasting any more time using them to look for work.
