Selling my iPhone to my limited company

I want to sell my iPhone to my company as it is now a company phone and the bill is in my companies name.

I bought the handset for £159 and was on £30 a month contract. Should I sell the phone at:

    1) market value, (ie. £429 on Apple site)
    2) market value (ebay: £300-350)
    3) £159 as that's what I bought the handset for and paid the rest through the contract

Any advice would be greatly appreciated.

Use the ebay values and take an average price from a few sales making sure you keep the proof i.e. screen shots

No one in their right mind would go to the Apple Store.

Technically it should be number 3 as the company already paid some of it. Charging the 2 option means the company paid twice depending on how long you paid personally before changing it to company but who is gonna know or care at those values.
