    BBC News - UK inflation rate falls to 3.4% in February

    "..thanks largely to lower gas and electricity bills."

    I switched to the cheapest deal last year which will expire at the end of the month. Now the cheapest available is 20% more.

      Unfortunately yes. It's frustrating that the BBC wont look at the data and report the bigger picture though.

          Seems about right to me - gas and electricity massively down on same period this year.
          Food cheaper because of supermarket price wars.
          Electronics cheaper as always
          Hard Brexit now!
