Can I be sacked for having nookie with a permie?

I'm on a long-term contract which is going extremely well....recently it's been better than ever - because I've started a relationship with a colleague. This colleague is a fellow manager (same grade) in the same department however she's a permie.

Can I be fired for this? (I think not but I'm not sure)

At ClientCo, the permie can be sacked for having nookie with a contractor.

Good news is that no, you can't be sacked.

Bad news is that you can be terminated...

If you're doing her over her desk in an open plan office then yes.

Otherwise WTF does it have to do with your clientco?

As long as you leave her with enough energy to do her day job eh fella?

Is she under 16? I expect she is, if she is at the "same grade" as you.

In which case, the answer is yes. And imprisoned too.

          (Ps. Welcome back, sas. )

I don't think you can be fired for having a relationship with a perm per se, but jizzing over her tits in the MD's office might be a step too far.

Churchy has made false rape allegations before so be gentle with him

Actually, I think it's the "office boy" he's copped-off with; the she bit is a sham.

Still, it might be a fat office boy with man boobs, so I guess your advice still applies.
