Is there anything useful and money-saving I can do with orange peel?
I tried home made potpourri, but it went mouldy after a few days and didn't smell much like orange

Ditto broken egg shells.
Egg shells are 95% calcium carbonate, so uses abound.
If you mix your orange peel (acetic acid) with your egg shells you might make CO2 and water!
Can anyone else come up with any more great uses for these truly remarkable products, apart from chucking them in the bin?Comment
